People keep calling this a pinch-me moment. I can’t think of a better way to put it. It’s big and scary and exciting, and unlike anything I imagined.

In the last eight years, I've had three children. Four if you count the dog.

And somewhere around each of their first birthdays, we’ve moved warehouses. Make of that what you will.

2019 was the year of Basil, our dog. It was also the year of the Harry Potter cupboard at Click Collective.

2021 was the year August turned one, and we moved to McLennan Drive. Our very first warehouse that was actually ours.

2023 was the year Mack turned one, and we moved to Brunswick. We honestly thought we’d never fill it. But we did.

So here we are in 2026. My daughter Etta has just turned one, and we’re doing it all again.

This month we move into our biggest warehouse yet, with room for the business to keep growing. It also comes with a few things we’ve never had before. A meeting room big enough for 12 people. An in-house laundry content studio with controlled lighting. And the one I’m most excited about: solar panels.

Your Australian made laundry products will now be made with a little more sunshine.

As for what’s next?

Please keep buying laundry detergent. I am terrified!

Please keep telling us what you want and need in your laundries. Working to become your favourite is the most fun challenge we’ve ever had.

And please keep sending your refills back. Together, we’re keeping a genuinely huge amount of waste out of landfill, and that still amazes me.

To our customers, our team and my family, thank you. I’m eternally grateful for your support.

Here’s to chapter four.
