How to use

Oil, Body and Grease Pre-Treater Stain Remover

  • Spot test an inconspicuous part of fabric before using
  • Rinse solids or stain residue from fabric
  • Hold the bottle 10 cm away from the stain and spray
  • Agitate the stain lightly rubbing the fabric together
  • Wait 15 minutes before washing to allow time for the stain remover to work
  • Do not leave the stain remover on any fabric for longer than one hour before washing

Food and Drink Spot Stain Treater

  • Follow garment care label instructions and always patch test fabric for colourfastness
  • Use the applicator spray bottle to target the stain directly
  • If the stain is tough, use the end of the nozzle to agitate the stain slightly
  • Allow the stain remover between 5 minutes and half an hour to work before machine washing or blotting to remove the stain remover residue
  • If you're out and about use the carry on bottle to target fresh stains, allow 30 minutes to work (but not longer) then blot with water to remove stain remover residue 
  • If the stain doesn't start to fade within 30 minutes, treat again

Powder Booster

  • Add in wash: 2 scoops for front loader, 4 scoops for top loader machine
  • Make a pretreat paste: add 2 scoops with 6 scoops of water and apply paste onto stain, agitate, and wash after 5 minutes
  • Soak your stains: dissolve 2 scoops in 7L of water. Leave colours for a maximum of two hours
  • Important Note: Make sure you always follow garment care instructions and do not use if the product says 'Do Not Bleach'. Always treat similar colours together to avoid colour run between garments.

The Stain Remover Bundle introduces you to a 5-star rated collection of stain removers. This includes a Food and Drink Spot Stain Treater, Oil, Body and Grease Pre-Treater Stain Remover and a Powder Booster.

There is a different combination of three key stain removal ingredients in each of our stains removers. The Oil, Body and Grease is enzyme based, perfect for protein based stains such as blood and oil. The Food and Drink Spot Stain Treater is bleach based, great for spills such as coffee and berries. The Powder Booster contains both, and is best for mixed stains such as grass and mud, and deodorant sweat marks. You can use it as a paste, a soaker or a pre-treater.

How do I use the products in the Stain Remover Bundle?

The stain remover bundle comes with 3 types of stain removal products:

The Food and Drink Spot Stain Treater comes with a complete set - a full Dispenser Spray Bottle, full Carry On Spray and a Refill Pack. This Spot Treater works specifically well on dye-based stains such as berries, wine, coffee and ink. Target the stain directly and leave for 5 minutes or up to 30 minutes (no longer) before popping it in the wash or blot with water to remove any residue.

The Oil, Body and Grease Pre-Treater Stain Remover includes a full Dispenser Spray Bottle and a Refill Pack. This Pre-Treater targets and attacks oil and protein based stains such as makeup, sweat, blood and oil. To use, simply spray directly onto the stain, agitate and leave it for 15 minutes before washing it with the Advanced Wash Laundry Detergent to allow time for the stain remover to work.

The Powder Booster comes in handy when you have stained or graying products. You can use this as a pre-wash treater, a soaker, or a paste. It is an all-encompassing stain solution, consisting of enzymes, surfactants and oxygen bleach.
Do the dispenser bottles all come full?

What’s the difference between the Oil, Body and Grease Pre-Treater Stain Remover and the Food and Drink Spot Stain Treater?

The Oil, Body and Grease Pre-Treater Stain Remover features four organic enzymes that work specifically well at targeting oil and protein based stains.

However, it may be less effective on dye stains as it does not include oxygen bleach, which is used to break down colour in many food, drink and dye-based stains. For these types of stains, the Food and Drink Spot Stain Treater, or a combination of both is the most effective choice.

Fun fact: Oxygen bleach and enzymes cannot exist in the same liquid formula, as the bleach will kill the enzymes. They can however co-exist in powder form, as the molecules are not 'activated' - so if you're after a low key washing solution, Powder Booster might be your go to.
